B - Pyrolysis cleaning

To use the pyrolysis function, simply put your oven on this mode.
The pyrolysis function is a mode that allows you to clean your oven by burning everything in it. Thus,
during this period, the temperature of your oven can reach up to 500 ° C.

However, we recommend that you close your kitchen and ventilate it because this manipulation can
create very bad odors.
Once the pyrolysis is finished and the heat has come back down, some residue may remain in your
oven. You can then clean them with a damp sponge.
Before using the pyrolysis cleaning function or before using the appliance for the first time, remove
from the oven cavity:
– Any excessive food residue, grease or oil deposits or splashes.
– Any removable object (including racks, side rails, etc. supplied with the product), especially any
non-stick cookware, tray, plate, utensil, etc.
Keep children away from the appliance when pyrolysis cleaning is in progress. The device becomes
very hot and hot air escapes from the front ventilation slots.
Pyrolytic cleaning is a high temperature process that can release smoke from food residues and
oven materials.
