    PRE-INSTALLATION INFORMATION Check contents Separate all parts from packaging and check each part with the “Parts List” section. Pay attention to the different model variations. Make sure all parts are accounted for before discarding any packaging material. If any parts are missing, do not attempt to install your flushometer until you obtain the missing parts. Warnings Do not install the flushometer facing a mirror or any other electronic system operated by an infra-red sensor.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Insert the flushometer outlet tube in the outlet bore and tighten set screw. NOTE: Tube may need to be cut in order to be in line with the inlet stop. 2. Shut off water at inlet stop (models DEMD-864_5) or main supply (models DEMD-865_5).
