Prior to installation all components of the rod system have to be checked for their perfect condition. Damaged components
must not be used.

ATTENTION!
An impact during the assembly (e.g. by hammer blows) is not allowed because the surface and
thus the corrosion protection can be damaged.
For assembly of the Rod System DETAN-E (made from Stainless steel) please only use suitable
stainless steel tools (open ended spanner, hook spanner and sprung plier).

Forks must be correctly aligned (Fig.1)
and positioned in the same plane
(Fig. 2) to ensure that bending is not
introduced into the tension system.
