Checking and � lling hydraulic � uid
1. Lower the lift completely. Remove the
access panel and the rubber oil plug on
the top of the pump underneath.
2. The oil level should be even with the
bottom of the � ller plug hole. You should
be able to see the oil.
3. If the oil level is low, add hydraulic oil.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe off with a damp cloth. Lubricate
moving parts with oil.
Lubricate the pump with good quality
hydraulic oil 1-2 times a month. Top up the
oil through the bleed valve while holding
down the release pedal.
Troubleshooting
If the lift appears not to be working properly,
it may be necessary to bleed trapped air from
its hydraulic system.
1. Apply pressure to release pedal (9).
2. Remove oil � ll plug, � ll hydraulic oil to full
level and replace plug.
3. Apply pressure to the release pedal (9)
and pump the food pedal (10) several
times.
4. Push the rubber oil plug to the side for
removal of excess air, and if necessary,
top off the oil � ll hole with hydraulic oil.
5. Test the equipment several times for
proper operation before attempting to
lift a load, after bleeding.
6. If needed repeat step 3-5.
