Door Open Sensor
This test checks the door open sensor located at the bottom left corner of the
frame on the 5100N and 5300N.
1. Open the front door. The sensor beeps and the operator panel displays [1]
to show the change in status.
2. Close the front door. The sensor beeps and the operator panel displays [0]
to show the change in status.
3. To exit the test now, press and hold the operator button.
To continue with the next sensor test, follow the Output Bin Present Sensor
(5300N Only) instructions.
Output Bin Present Sensor Diagnostic Test (5300N only)
This test checks the output bin door sensor.
1. Open the output bin. The sensor beeps and the operator panel displays [0]
to show the change in status.
2. Close the output bin. The sensor beeps and the operator panel displays [1]
to show the change in status.
3. Press and hold the operator button to exit the test and return to diagnostic
test mode.
Exit Diagnostic Test Mode
1. If a diagnostic test is currently running, press the operator button once to
stop the test.

Note: For Diagnostic Test 3 (Calibrate Lift Home), press and hold the
operator button for five seconds to stop the test and return to diagnostic
test mode.
2. When the diagnostic test is stopped, press the operator button seven times
and hold it on the seventh press. The operator panel displays [RELEASE
BUTTON]. The autoloader exits diagnostic test mode and the autoloader
restarts.
