the one supplied with it.
3. Do not allow metal objects (paper clips, coins, keys, etc.) or bank plastic cards to
fall between the charger and the charging station during charging. Doing so may
damage your device, case, station, or any object placed within the range of the
wireless charging station.
4. Do not disassemble or modify the unit. If any part of the device is defective or
damaged, stop using it immediately, unplug it, and contact the service center.
5. The smartphone can be charged in a case without the presence of metal
accessories up to 4mm thick.
6. Do not allow moisture, as well as oils, chemical and other organic liquids to enter
the station. It is recommended not to use in places with high humidity (such as
bathrooms).
7. Keep the device and accessories out of the reach of children.
Troubleshooting
1. The wireless charging station does not turn on, the LEDs do not light up. Make
sure that the power outlet you are plugging the adapter into is not de-energized.
Use only the original cable and power supply unit.
2. The device/devices are not charging. The indicators do not work. Make sure your
devices support the Qi wireless charging protocol. Change the position of the
charging device slightly, remove the case and any additional accessories.
3. The device/devices are not charging. One or more of the device indicators blink
blue rapidly. Make sure that there are no metal objects between the device to be
charged and the station.
