2. Application and Function
• This wheel dolly serves to support during mounting and/or removal of a truck wheel.
• The dolly is not to be used for transporting wheels over a long distance.
• Do not misuse the dolly.
• Please observe the product safety information!
3.Inspection – Scope of Delivery
Open the packing and check the equipment for transport damage and that all parts specified in the shipping documents are at hand. Before using the equipment
conduct a visual inspection in order to determine leakages, damages, loose or missing parts.
4. Assembly
Extract the unit with all its supplied parts. For assembly refer to drawing on page 3 (Fig.01).
5. Implementation and Operation
Removal: Position the dolly under the wheel to be removed. Loosen the wheel nuts and ensure that the wheel is carefully lowered onto the dolly. During transport
hold the wheel steady by hand (see Fig.03).
Mounting: Position the dolly with the wheel at the wheel hub, hold the wheel firm (see Fig.03), so that it cannot slip off. The wheel seat of the dolly is equipped with
rollers for positioning the rim on the hub.
6. Maintenance
• All moveable parts must be greased regularly with common multi-purpose grease. Always keep the unit clean and away from aggressive chemicals. Do not
leave the unit outdoors.
• Maintenance and repair of the equipment only by technical maintenance staff.
7. Disposal
The disposal of this equipment must follow the legislation of the respective country.

• Before each use, check the dolly for leaks, cracked welds and for damaged, loose or missing parts; if any defects are found, do not use until repaired.
• Locate the load centrally on the dolly.
• Do not exceed the working load limit / rated capacity of the dolly.
• Only use dolly on hard level surfaces.
• Never lift people.
• Operators and maintenance personnel must be physically able to manoeuvre the dolly.
• Proceed with care in unfamiliar surroundings. Be aware of potential hazards created by your work activity.
• Any dolly that appears damaged, worn or has been subjected to abnormal load or shock, shall be removed from service until repaired.
• Read and understand instruction and parts book before servicing this product.
• Only qualified and trained operators should maintain this product.
• This product and its accessories must not be modified.
