SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
The manual sprayer is an economic,
safe and efficient device suitable for
the prevention and cure of diseases
of crops and gardens.
It can also been used for the
prevention and sanitation and
disinfection of public places.
STRUCTURE, WORKING
PRINCIPLE, AND
CHARACTERISTIC
The machine is composed of:
Tank
Pump and air chamber
Spraying system (hose, lance,
handle, nozzles)
Operation arm
Backpack belt system
WORKING PRINCIPLE
By swinging the operation arm, the
pressure is created inside the air
chamber, which allows the liquid
inside the tank to be spurt out as spray.
CHARACTERISTICS
The external form is ergonomic and
the combination of the air chamber
and pump located in the liquid
container makes the whole structure
compact and safe, with no leakage.
The operation arm can be installed
in both sides of the sprayer in a
convenient and simple operation,
allowing the user to operate
according to his requirements.
Various spray heads can be fitted for
the use in different tasks.
The chosen materials are resistant to
acidity, alkalinity, and corrosion. The
machine is sealed hermetically.

OPERATION METHOD
After the packing box of the new
machine is opened, please check all
the parts have been delivered.
Pour the liquid compound through
the filter into the container slowly.
Close the cap tightly and put the
machine on the operator's back,
adjusting the belts if necessary.
After the pressure in the air chamber
is boosted, press the switch to begin
spraying. It can be point-spray or it
can be continuous spray.
It has different spray heads
according to the requirement of the
crops, to improve the spray quality.
User can choose among 3 kinds of
spray heads:
Fan style spray – It sprays evenly, and
is suitable for low and short stalked
crops, and for the weed killer. Keep
the spray head stable, and spray in
the same direction as the wind.
Conical spray head – This can be
used to spraying pesticide and
insecticide. Spray in the same
direction as the wind.
4-holes spray head – This can be
used for spraying on the high stalk
crops and fruit trees. The flow is
considerably higher.

ATTENTION:
switch, do not swing on the operation
arm continuously for a long time, in
order to avoid damage to the machine.
The user must wear protective vest, as
well as mask and gloves. Do spray the
pesticide facing the wind. Do not spray
the pesticide at other people, animals
or foodstuff.
Do not operate under a high
temperature for a long time.
While handling the pesticide,
you must comply with the safety
directives seriously.
It is strictly forbidden to use strong
acid and alkali liquid, as well as highly
toxic or highly residual pesticides on
the crops.
Strictly control the safe-period
collection after applying pesticide.
After each operation, clean the tank in
order to avoid the corrosion caused by
the chemical pesticides / insecticides,
or blocking the spray head.
The cleansing also avoids the residual
pesticide mixing with the next different
pesticide.
If the sprayer is continuously used
for several days, Vaseline should
be added to the sealing washer,
and other active parts.
The same procedure should be
followed if the sprayer won't be used
for a long period of time.
