PROBLEM
The device does not work
The device stops operating
No cold air in cooling mode
No cool air in dehumidifying mode

CAUSE
Device is not plugged in
Fault in plug, wire or socket
Fuse blown
End of set timer / temperature is reached
E3 error code on LCD: air filter
E4 error code on LCD: water
Room temperature is lower than set temp.
There is frost on the evaporator

SOLUTION / SUGGESTION
Connect the device to the mains
Check (and replace) plug, wire or socket
Bring the device to your dealer for a new fuse
This is perfectly normal
Clean the air filter (see "6. Accessories
& Maintenance")
Empty the water tank
This is perfectly normal
Device is defrosting. Unit will work after
defrosting is done
