3. Install hitch- (a) Install carriage bolts. Remove rubber plugs in frame access holes located on the underside of the frame forward from the mounting
holes. Feed 7/16" bolt ① and spacer ② through access holes using pull wire ⑤ through mounting holes located on the outside face of the frame
on both sides, see Figure 2, and leave pull wire attached
