Note: Monitor the ammeter regularly so that you can turn off the charger as soon as the battery is fully charged. When charging very
cold batteries, the initial charging speed may increase as the battery warms up. Do not try to charge a frozen battery. Internally da-
maged (short-circuited) batteries will draw very high current without charging. If the battery has been charged for 5-10 minutes and
it does not show any drop in charging current, the battery may be damaged. Discontinue charging and have a professional battery test
performed
Disconnect the negative terminal (black)
Disconnect the positive clamp (red)
Insert the battery into the vehicle if it was removed ensuring that the positive pole is connected before the negative pole.
IMPORTANT: disconnect the battery charger from the mains supply, then disconnect the battery. Leaving the battery connected may
cause overcharging and permanent damage of the battery.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Always make sure that the charger is disconnected from the mains supply before performing any maintenance procedure.
1. Cleaning - keep the device clean. Do not let debris build up on any part of the device.
Always remove dust and particles and never let the vents be blocked as it will prevent the charger from cooling. Use a soft brush, dry
cloth or vacuum cleaner to clean the device.
