fruits (without stones), blending sauces, creams and soups, mixing other liquids, etc. Cut large food
chunks into small pieces (1-2 cm long).
1. Attach one of the accessories to the hand blender housing (1) as required:
- The blending attachment (3)
- The stirrer adapter (5)
- The shredding bowl lid (7)
To lock the accessory securely to the hand blender, twist the hand blender housing clockwise
until the latches snap securely in place. To detach and remove a hand blender attachment,
proceed in the reverse order.
CAUTION! The shredding blades are sharp! Hazard of injury! Take extreme care!
2. Use the blending attachment (3) for processing in the blending bowl (4). Place the shredding
bowl on a firm and stable surface. Hold the shredding bowl with one hand during processing.
If the stirrer attachment (5) is installed, mount the stirrers (6) in its outer holes. The stirrers are
identical, any installation order will be good. Remove the stirrers by grasping them firmly and
pulling out of the holes in the stirrer attachment. The bowl you want to stir your products in
should be large enough and placed on a flat and stable surface. Put the products to be stirred
in the bowl of choice; now you can process them.
If you want to use the shredding bowl (8), put it on a dry and stable surface. Carefully remove
the blade guards (11) from the shredding blades (9) and (10). Hold the bottom shredding
blade (9) by its plastic shank and place in the shredding bowl (8). You can attach the top
shredding blade (10) on the plastic shank (9) for a more thorough processing. Place the prod-
uct to be processed (vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat, onion, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, herbs,
etc.) in the shredding bowl. Close the shredding bowl with the lid (7) and hold the latter in
place while processing.
CAUTION! Do not fill the shredding bowl (8) over 1000 ml.
CAUTION! Process food at 60°C or below.
3. Once you have made sure that the blender attachment is properly secured, plug the power
cord into a mains outlet.
4. To start blending, gently press the speed control button (2). The blender will start blending
at a low speed. The longer you keep the speed control button (2) depressed, the higher the
speed becomes. Release the speed control button (2) to stop the blender
5. When finished working with the blender, unplug the power cord.
6. The maximum continuous running time of the appliance must not exceed 15 s. Switch off the
blender and leave it to cool down per 1 minute before blending again.
