Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and instruct other persons using it,
too, when necessary. Keep booklet handy for further use.

GENERAL WARNINGS

• This appliance is intended for home use only, and it is suitable for mixing to the methods shown in
this booklet.
• Use the appliance only with the accessories supplied in order not to compromise safe use. Periodically
check that the appliance and its components (tops, blades, bowl, etc.) are in good condition: if in
doubt, contact an authorised assistance centre and ensure that the spare parts supplied are original.
• Do not remove the lid from the bowl while the appliance is operating or before the blades have
stopped. Remove the accessories (jug and measuring cup) only when the appliance has completely
stopped.
• That the user must not leave the appliance while it is connected to the supply.
• The blades of the appliance are very sharp: take care not to cut yourself when cleaning or replacing
them.
• Make sure that the motor body does not come into contact with water or other liquids and do not put it
in the dishwasher. If by chance it gets wet or goes under water, pull out the mains plug immediately,
dry carefully and check that no liquid has entered inside; if in doubt, contact professionally qualified
personnel.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• The appliance must be kept out of children's reach.
• Attention: when using electric appliances, the basic safety precautions must always be observed to
avoid risks of fire, electric shocks and physical injury.
• Do not use the appliance if it is not operating correctly or seems damaged; if in doubt, contact
professionally qualified personnel.
• Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain, etc.).
• Do not use the appliance for mixing boiling liquids.
• Do not operate the appliance when empty, as it may suffer damage.
• Do not insert ingredients over the maximum level indicated on the bowl to avoid overspill: in the case
of liquids do not exceed the "1250" level.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
• Do not pull on the cable to move the appliance.
• Do not pull the power supply cable or the appliance itself to pull the plug out of the power socket.
• The appliance comes into direct contact with food and for this reason, careful cleaning is necessary:
consult the "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" paragraph.
• If the electric cord is damaged, it has to be replaced by the supplier or an authorized service center or
a professionally qualified, to avoid any risks.
Attention: do not cover the appliance when it is operating to avoid the risk of fires.
INSTALLATION
• After removing the packaging, check for damage; if you are unsure, do not use the appliance and
contact qualified service personnel. The packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, staples, etc.)
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.
