Problem
The fan does not start.
The fan stops immediately after
start of the product.
The fan is on but the suction is
low.
Dust blows from the product.

Troubleshooting
Cause
The product has no power.
The cable is defective.
The On/Off button is defective.
The product is connected to the incorrect fuse.
The prefilter is blocked.
The HEPA filter is blocked.
The transportation cover is still on the product.
The fan is loose.
The prefilter is damaged or not assembled cor-
rect.
The HEPA filter is damaged or not assembled
correct.
The HEPA filter is not installed, incorrectly in-
stalled or damaged.
The prefilter is full.
The HEPA filter is full.

Storage of the product

Before long-term storage make sure to do a
complete servicing and to clean the product. Refer

Obey the local recycling requirements and applicable
regulations.
Solution
Connect the product to a wall
outlet.
Replace the cable.
Replace the On/Off button.
Connect the product to the cor-
rect fuse.
Replace the prefilter.
Replace the HEPA filter.
Remove the transportation cov-
er.
Make sure the fan is in correct
position.
Adjust or replace the prefilter.
Adjust or replace the HEPA fil-
ter.
Speak to Husqvarna service
agent.
Install or replace the HEPA fil-
ter.
