Disposal

Batteries and technical appliances must not be disposed of with domestic
waste, but should be handed in at the appropriate collection and disposal
points.

• Use a cloth soaked with alcohol (70 percent isopropyl) or a cotton swab to clean the
casing and the measuring probe.
• Ensure that no liquid penetrates into the interior of the thermometer and do not
scratch the display.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, thinners or petrol/gasoline. Never immerse the
device in water or other cleaning fluids.
