by-laws for electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Contact Princess Auto Ltd. for a solution if the tool does not
function properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a
qualified technician service the tool.

POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
Headgear is set unevenly so
the distance between the
eyes and the lens is
different from the left to the
right side.
1. Front cover lens is dirty or
smoke covered.
2. Arc sensors may be dirty.
3. Welding current is too low.
4. Battery Voltage is too low.
1. Check the clear covers
lenses and the electronic
filter lens for dirt or
grime.
2. Protective film was not
removed.
3. Ambient light is not
sufficient to see.
4. Shade Number is not set
correctly.
The headband is not
properly adjusted.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION(S)
Adjust headgear so
distance between the lens
and both eyes are equal.
1. Clean or replace
external lens.
2. Remove external lens
and wipe the photo
sensors clean with soft
lint free cloth.
3. Adjust filter sensitivity
to the maximum.
4. Replace batteries.
1. Clean cover lenses and
electric filter lens.
2. Remove protective film.
3. Adjust the work area
lighting.
4. Reset Shade number.
