1. Using a Philips screwdriver and flat head screwdriver, remove (2) push pin rivets and (2) screws from the plastic panel near wheel well, both sides. See
Figure 3
2. Using an exhaust hanger removal tool, lower muffler by removing rearmost driver side rubber hanger and rearmost passenger side rubber hanger.
NOTE: Be sure that exhaust is supported before removing rubber hangers. A spray a lubricant or soapy water on rubber hangers makes them slide
off metal pins more easily.
