Extra dry: Choose this function when clothes are going to be worn immediately after drying.

Drying hints
Clothes can be dried after spinning.
To ensure quality drying, classify the clothes according to the type of fabric and the drying
temperature.
If you want to iron the clothes after drying, put them for a while.
Clothes not suitable for drying
Particularly delicate items such as synthetic curtains, woolen and silk, clothes with metal
inserts, nylon stockings, bulky clothes, such as anoraks, bedcovers, quilts, sleeping bags
and duvets must not be dried.
Clothes padded with foam-rubber or materials similar to foam-rubber must not be
machine dried.
Fabrics containing residues of setting lotions or hair sprays, nail solvents or similar
solutions must not be machine dried in order to avoid the formation of harmful vapours.
Child lock
Hold down buttons (4) and (3) for 3 seconds, the device will beep indicating the Child lock
function is activated. This function is designed to prevent children from misusing the appliance.
When the Child lock is activated and a program starts, the Child lock indicator will switch on,
and the CL and remaining time on the display are alternately displayed every 0.5 s.
Every time a button is pressed, the Child lock indicator will flash for 3 seconds.
When a program finishes, CL and END alternate for 10 seconds every 0.5 s, and then the Child
lock light will flash for 3 seconds.
To cancel the Child lock function, hold down both buttons for 3 seconds again.
The "Child Lock" will lock all buttons except for the Power button and the Child Lock button.
Deactivate the Child lock function before selecting a programme and starting washing.
Silence
Select this programme to mute the buzzer. Hold down button 1 for 3 seconds, this setting will
be kept until the next reset. To activate the buzzer again, hold down the button for 3 seconds.

When the Hygiene Pro light is on, this function is automatically activated in the program. The
Self-Clean function will be automatically activated during every washing cycle. Hygiene Pro
system will keep your laundry always clean.
