• BETA vehicles: the use of the control unit on Betamotor vehicles
disables the handlebar engine stop switch (kill switch). To switch off
the engine, it is necessary to use the main switch (ignition key).
• Caution: it is not recommended to use the control unit in combination
with oversizing kit with cast iron cylinders. The high values of ignition
advance might increase temperatures and consequently involve
seizure.
• Default map: Map 1 is automatically selected if the control unit
is used without connecting the map selector.
• Do not modify or replace the material supplied by Motorparts S.r.l.
• Install when engine is cold.
• Absolutely avoid that any installed part interferes with hot engine
parts, riding parts or the pilot.
• Avoid high pressure water jets (high pressure washers) on the
control unit and connectors.
