REPOSITION AND ATTACH THE UPPER PART OF THE HOOD TO THE LOWER RING AND LOCK INTO PLACE USING THE LEVERS.
FIT THE PATIENT ACCESS PORT (IF PRESENT).
TO RE-INSERT THE SEALED ACCESS IN ITS RIGID SEAT, CARRY OUT THE OPERATIONS ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S IFU.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Single-use device. Reuse is not permitted as it could cause cross-contamination in patients. Moreover, the
constituent materials could be damaged after cleaning/disinfection and therefore not guarantee the required
performance, also putting patient safety at risk.
1. In the event of an evident change in performance or inadequate performance of the device, it is recommended to
replace it.
2. Duration: maximum 7 days.
3. Non-sterile. Do not sterilize.
4. Do not reuse on another patient.
5. Expiry: 5 years if the packaging is intact and if stored in normal storage conditions (-20°/+50°C).
6. Dispose of the materials immediately after use in compliance with the legislation in force.
TO REMOVE THE ACCESSORY, CARRY OUT THE STEPS IN REVERSE ORDER.
