HOW TO OPERATE PREPARATION: First, find a stable, waterproof surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Make sure the cord is away from any water source. DO NOT place the SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER near the edge of a table or countertop. Remove the Blending Chamber Lid by lifting the back latch and lifting up on the Lid and carefully unhinging the front. -

HELPFUL TIPS • Add more liquid to Blending Chamber if vacuum occurs around Cylinder during use. • Blending Chamber must be firmly attached to Base or unit will not turn on. • A towel placed under your SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER, will help with clean-up. -

RECIPES Use your imagination to create many different soft serve ice creams with your SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MAKER. This unit has the capacity for 32 oz. of ice cream, so if you have a recipe made for one remember to adjust your recipes accordingly. The basic liquid combination for soft serve ice cream before adding other ingredients is 4 cups: 4 cups of whole milk OR 4 cups of half and half OR 2 cups of each. -
