HEART RATE FUNCTION
To set an alarm for minimum and maximum allowable heart rate,
hold "MODE" for three seconds while in heart rate mode. Press "UP"
and "DOWN" to adjust minimum heart rate, then press "MODE"
again to set maximum heartrate. Pressing "MODE" a third time will
let you turn the alarm on or off, and pressing it a fourth time will
return you to heart rate mode.
