SETTING THE TIME

To set the time, hold "MODE" for 3 seconds. Once in TIME SET
mode, press "MODE" to cycle through seconds, minutes, hours,
year, date, and day. The selection will flash, and can be adjusted
with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons
