USING THE STOPWATCH

After using "MODE" to get to the stopwatch, press "DOWN" to
start the stopwatch and "UP" to pause it. While running, press
"DOWN" again to start a new lap. While paused, hold "DOWN"
for three seconds to reset the Stopwatch entirely.
