Insert the beaters or kneading hooks into the mixer ('click'). You may
need to turn them slightly while you do this (Fig. 2).
Note: Insert the kneading hook or the beater with the collar into the larger
opening in the bottom of the mixer.

Note: Always check if the speed selector is in 0 position before you plug in the
mixer.

Lower the beaters or kneading hooks into the ingredients.
Set the speed control to the desired speed to switch on the
appliance (Fig. 3).
You can use the turbo setting to mix more quickly or to increase the
speed during heavy jobs, e.g. kneading yeast dough.
If you want to stop mixing for a while, set the speed control to '0' to
switch off the mixer. Then put the mixer (with the beaters or kneading
hooks still attached) on its heel until you continue.
It is recommended to use the turbo speed for mixing sponge cake and
egg white.
When you have finished mixing, set the speed control to '0' and unplug
the appliance.
Pull up the eject lever to eject the beaters or kneading hooks (Fig. 4).
cleaning
Clean the beaters and kneading hooks in warm water with some
washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.

Wind the cord round the heel of the appliance. (Fig. 5)
