This mixer is developed to confidently handle a broad variety of ingredients
and recipes and deliver a long-lasting performance. Its powerful motor allows

Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for
future reference.

Do not immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.

Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local
mains voltage before you connect the appliance.

Do not use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts are
damaged.

If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a
service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.

Exposure to high temperature can cause the material to melt which may

Overheat protection
The appliance is equipped with a built-in overheat protection. If you process
a heavy load, the motor unit may become hot. If this happens, the built-in
safety system switches off the appliance. Switch off and unplug the
