The brake wheel inside of re-
winder was stucked,
The Brake didn't return when in
the process of cable pulling out.
Press the cord button down and keep it
while while pull the cable out a little bit,
then the cable can be pulled back.
Press cord button more times and or pull
out the cable more times until the problem
gone.
