3-5P - C-MAX
Montage :
* FOCUS berline 3/5 portes :
- Déposer le pare chocs (2 vis sous le hayon, 2 clips dessous, 2 vis sous chaque aile, 1 écrou sous
chaque aile derrière la garniture).
* FOCUS C-MAX :
- Déposer les 2 catadioptres encastrés dans le pare chocs en tirant fortement vers l'arrière.
- Déposer le pare chocs (2 vis sous chaque aile, 1 écrou sous chaque aile derrière la garniture,
2 clips dessous et 1 vis derrière les catadioptres.
*POUR TOUS LES VEHICULE (FOCUS ET C-MAX):
- Déposer le renfort de pare chocs (ne sera pas remonté).
- Présenter et immobiliser sans serrer les bras droit et gauche avec la visserie fournie conformément
au schéma ci-contre.
- Présenter et immobiliser sans serrer la traverse avec la visserie fournie conformément au schéma
ci-contre.
- Bloquer toute la visserie (voir tableau des couples de serrage).
- Remonter les éléments précédemment démontés.
Fitting instructions :
* FOCUS sedan 3/5 doors :
- Remove the bumper (2 screws under the tailgate, 2 clips underneath, 2 screws under each
wing, 1 nut under each wing behind the upholstery).
* FOCUS C- MAX:
- Remove the 2 reflectors embedded in the bumper strongly pulling back.
- Remove the bumper (2 screws under each wing, 1 nut under each wing behind the
upholstery, 2 clips underneath and one screw behind the reflectors).
* FOR ALL VEHICLES:
- Remove the bumper reinforcement (will not be reassembled).
- Present and assemble loosely the right and left arms in the chassis beams, with the
provided screws according to the diagram below.
- Present and assemble loosely the tow bar on the arms with provided screws according to
the diagram.
- Tighten all screws according to the torque table.
- Refit previously removed items.
