3.4. DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the
product comply with the regulations and provisions together with the fol-
lowing instructions:
National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and en-
vironmental protection regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.

To avoid damaging the internal wires of the probe, do not coil it to a dia-
meter less than 15 cm when using and storing the probe.
1. Unscrew the screw anticlockwise.
2. Open the battery cover.
3. Insert four AA batteries, ensuring the polar-
ities are correct.
The polarity designation is shown on the in-
side of the battery cover.
4. Swing the battery cover closed and press it
firmly home. Screw the screw in clockwise.
1. Plug the probe on to the probe attachment
point as shown on the connection piece.
2. Screw the securing screw clockwise on to
the threaded port.
▶ The video endoscope is now ready for use.
