CAUSE
① The product is out of power.
② Automatic protection
triggered by high temperature
caused by blockage.
Dust cup is full, suction port of
the machine is blocked or filter
is clogged.
① Main body and adapter are
not connected properly.
② Battery is fully charged and
no more charging.
① The battery temperature is
too high or too low.
② Charging indicator does not
light up.
The brush roller is blocked.
Motor may have protection
functions such as over-
temperature/under-voltage.

SOLUTION
① Please fully charge the
product before using it.
② Clean the dust suction port
or the HEPA filter, and restart it
after cooling down.
Empty dust cup and clean
filters (See Emptying the Dust
Cup and Cleaning the Filters
sections).
① Check whether the adapter
is plugged in.
② Can be used normally.
① Leave the vacuum and
battery to cool for at least 45
minutes, until they return to
room temperature.
② Charger is not plugged in.
Remove any string, carpet
fibers, or hair that may be
wrapped around the brush
roller.
Clean the whole machine until
it return to room temperature.
If the Power Indicator still
flashes blue, please contact
us.
