Installation (continued)
FAUCET ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
- Carefully take out all the parts of the faucet assembly (C) . The
faucet is pre-assembled, except for the sprayer head .
- Remove the retaining ring, metal washer, and rubber gasket ring
off of the faucet shank .
- Place the faucet shank carefully through the hole in the sink (B) .
A second person may be required to hold the faucet in place
until the installation is complete .
- From underneath, slide the rubber gasket , metal washer, and
retaining ring over the end of the copper pipe and up to the
faucet shank . Tighten the retaining ring by hand until it is snug .
Using a wrench or pliers, tighten the assembly .
- Gently tighten the two screws on the retaining ring .
Do not over tighten .
- Screw the sprayer head onto the flex-neck pipe.
- Attach and hand tighten the supply lines (not supplied) onto
the faucet inlet fittings. Use two wrenches to tighten the two
ends together. Please note, tightening the fittings with a single
wrench may damage the faucet and void the warranty .
NOTE:
It is helpful to have a second person hold the faucet in place while
tightening the mounting nuts. Please ensure that none of the supply lines
are kinked during installation.
