SPOT WELD AND DENT PULLER
Welding mode
Cable connection
1. The torch cable and grounding cable are equipped with a Euro-type quick connector. For a
proper connection, push the plug at the end of the plug, the torch cable to the "torch" plug, the
ground cable to the "EARTH" plug, and turn right.
2. The input cable and the connectors of the control cable are screwed together. Please tighten
the screw to secure the connector.
3. The grounding cable must be fi xed to the base metal with a pair of pliers.
4. If the cable is wound, it will
interfere with the welding of the
parts.

Preparation
Note: Protect your eyes and body when welding.
1. Work on a part free of dirt, oil, paint and rust.
2. If the base metal is thin, it will sink under pressure, a welding plate must be added.
3. Select the appropriate torch according to the material, diameter and length of the headless
screw,
4. Make sure that the diameter of the clamp and the length of the lever rod are correct. Install the
screw clamp and lever rod into the torch.
5. Make sure that all cables are connected to the machine and the part. Plug in the power cable
and turn on the unit.
