• Only clean the device with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth and if applicable, a small amount of
mild cleaner. Then dry it with a soft cloth that is lint free.
• Store the device and the accessories in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to children
and animals.

Troubleshooting

Potential cause/solution
• Is the device correctly connected to the computer?
• The occupied USB port on your computer may be
defective or does not supply adequate current for
powering the device. Try another USB port on your
computer.
