To connect sanitary units (no WC) follow the next points:
Remove the cap, which is screwed on the inlet and take
the black sealing ring and the white plastic ring out of the
cap.
Put the nut (pos. A), the white plastic ring (pos. B) and
the sealing ring (pos. C) onto the DN 40 discharge pipe as
shown above and put the pipe into the inlet of the tank.
Connect the discharge pipe by tightening the nut to the
inlet device. The black sealing ring must be between the
nut and the inlet device. Please do the same in case you
want to install any additional sanitary units. Make sure
that the supply lines have a slope towards the container
(see installation examples).
To connect one WC (not at Saniquick 1A) follow the next
points:
A toilet can be connected to the lifting stations San-
ifox and Saniflux V. Sanifox is designed with an inlet
height of 180mm for the WC connection according
DIN1387 / 1388.
At Saniflux V a connection in accordance with DIN 1382
is possible.
Place the toilet in front of the unit and push the WC spigot
into the socket of the box. Please make sure that the front
of the tank will not be pressed in.
To connect the pressure hose follow the next points:
To connect the pressure line, use a clamp to attach the
DN 25-pressure line at the pipe fitting.
Install the pressure hose upwards (best way: first
vertically, than horizontally) in a loop above the sewer
level.
This will avoid that waste water will flow back into the
tank in case excess water (e.g. heavy rain) is in the sewer.
Install the pressure pipe directly to the next soil stack.
Please check again all connections and make sure that
they are sealed.
To prevent a freezing of the discharge pipe please isolate
the complete discharge pipe up to the sewer level. Ac-
cording to DIN, all connected sanitation facilities must be
located in the same room as the system.
