7.2 Connecting to the sensor
The wiring between the PC and the sensor is done using an RJ45 crossover cable (direct link) or with
an RJ45 straight cable using a switch.
Step 1:
To identify an RJ45 crossover cable, perform the following steps:
Take the 2 ends of the cable, pins downwards :
Green: terminal n°2
Orange: terminal n°6
If the cable is a crossover cable, the position of the green and orange colors will appear reversed on
the two connectors.
