when the surface has cooled down to a safe temperature. It can also be used as an
energy saving function if you want to heat further cookware.
Keylock (child safety feature)
You can lock the keys to prevent unintended use (for example children accidentally
turning the cooking zones on).
When the keys are locked, all the keys are disabled except ON/OFF (3).
To lock the keys
Simultaneously press the "-" of the regulator (2) and the furthest right zone selection
(4). The hob emits a beep and the indicator will show "Lo ".
To unlock the keys
Simultaneously press the "-" of the regulator (2) and the furthest right zone selection
(4) again.You can now start using your hob.
Over-Temperature Protection
A sensor monitors the temperature in the cooking zones. When the temperature
exceeds a safe level, the cooking zone is automatically switched off.
Auto Shutdown Protection
Auto shut down is a safety protection function. It shuts down the cooking zone
automatically if you ever forget to turn it off. The default maximum working time for
each power level is shown in the table below:

Using the Timer

Select the relevant cooking zone which is working by touching the zone selector
(4).

Simultaneously press the "-" and the "+" of the regulator (2) on the right side of
two indicators will show "00".
