MMD Module—video playback
Video Playback
When you have selected the VIDEO icon and
confirmed with OK, the screen will display the
disc symbol for the connected removable
storage device, e.g. a USB disc as shown in
picture.
After choosing the desired path press OK to
confirm and open video files and folders.
With the Up and Down navigation buttons you
can select video files and folders to open. The
display colour of selected files is green while
other folders are shown in grey. After select-
ing a folder press OK to enter subdirectories.
You can use the same steps to select and
play back files.
Default setting: Normal playback of all video
files of current directory in turn.
Picture playback submenu: By pressing the
OSD key you can display the video playback
submenu on the top left corner. By pressing
the OSD key again this menu will be hidden.
In the video playback submenu, you can play
back/pause, stop, forward/backward, and
enlarge videos, set silence, manually select
playback previous or next videos, choose
subtitles, sound track settings, and playback
mode settings. You can navigate these func-
tions with the navigation keys and press OK
to confirm your selection.
Forward/backward: The forward and back-
ward playback offers 5 levels. After the fifth
forward or backward cycle the system will
return to normal playback speed. If you select
a backward step during forward playback, you
can reduce the speed for one step (and vice
versa).
Enlarge function: With this function you can
enlarge the picture by 5 levels. After the fifth
enlargement the system will return to normal
display size. You can use the enlarge function
in playback mode and pause mode.
Mute function: To switch on and switch off
the sound, and show sound status during
playback mode.
