5.2 Filling the pool

GB
CAUTION: Filling the pool with water will take quite a while and must be supervised, since the position of
the "u-shaped" side supports has to be readjusted during the filling process.
1. Seal the two filter connector holes and the drain valve at the bottom of the pool.
2. Fill the pool with approx. 2 – 3 cm of water.
3. Smooth out any creases all around the bottom of the pool. Enter the pool and use your feet to care
fully push all corners of the liner outwards. Do not use excessive force!
4. After removing any creases from the pool floor, continue filling the pool with water. The wa
ter pressure causes the sides of the pool to rise. Stop filling the pool when the water level reach
es the lower edge of the inflatable ring. The wa
ter level in the pool should not exceed this mark!
CAUTION: After filling the pool approx. 1/3, it is necessary to
readjust the position of the "ushaped" side supports to ensure
correct pool stability. Repeat this process after filling the pool
approx. 2/3 and once the pool is completely full. After com
pletely filling the pool, the "u-shaped" side supports should be
at a slight angle to the wall of the pool to provide perfect sup
port.
CAUTION: Frequently check whether the water in the pool is level. If this is not the case (water collects at
one point or the water surface is lopsided), immediately stop filling the pool with water. This indicates that
the pool is either not on level ground or the bottom lining was not straightened correctly. In this case, com
pletely empty the pool and remove any creases or carry it to a suitable flat location.
After filling the pool
The outer walls of your pool may be damp. The formation of condensation is completely normal for this
type of pool in cooler regions and is not an indication of a leak. Condensation usually ceases to form on
the outer wall of the pool liner 72 hours after filling.
Make sure that the water level does not rise too high (e.g. due to rainwater). If the water level rises too
high, remove the excess water immediately – at the latest prior to using the pool

5.3 Connecting the filter pump

After filling the pool with water, connect the filter pump. Please refer to the filter pump instruction manual.

5.4 Pool ladder

A pool ladder must be used to enter and leave the pool. Please refer to the pool ladder assembly instruc
tions.

5.5 Pool cover

Always place the supplied cover over the pool to protect it against contamination when it is not in use. A
responsible adult should always supervise children to prevent accidents.

6. Excellent water quality

HAZARD:
Always adhere to the instructions of the filter pump and all the chemicals.
Hazardous bacteria and algae can develop in contaminated water.
An excessive level of chlorine or a low (acidic) pH value can damage the pool liner. The water must be
treated immediately.
Please refer to the AZ of water. The pool package includes an AZ of water. Always follow the instruc
tions contained in this booklet.
