TROUBLESHOOTING
• Make sure that the AC/DC adaptor is connected. See "Connecting the power cord"
on page 13.
• Your karaoke system is not turned on. See "Turning your karaoke system on or
off" on page 14.
• Test the power outlet by plugging in another appliance and turning it on.
• Remove any obstacles between the remote and your karaoke system.
• Use the remote near your karaoke system.
• Point the remote to the remote sensor on your karaoke system
• Replace all batteries in the remote control.
• The region number of the DVD does not match the region number of your
karaoke system. Your karaoke system plays DVDs with a region code of 1 or All.
• Make sure that video connections are securely connected. See "Playing the video
through an S-Video display device" on page 13 or "Playing the video through an
AV display device" on page 13.
• Make sure that you have selected the correct AV connection for your TV. See the
documentation that came with your TV.
• Make sure that audio connections are securely connected. See "Playing the
audio through an analog sound system" on page 13.
• Make sure that volume is turned up.
• Make sure that you have selected the correct AV connection for your TV. See the
documentation that came with your TV.
• Your karaoke system is muted.
• Clean the disc. See "Cleaning discs" on page 23.
• The disc is scratched. Try another disc.
