The design of this variation is basically the
same as the variation described under 1, how-
ever it incorporates the additional functions
MANUAL and AUTOMATIC.
The start memory can only be set in the stan-
dard manner when AUTOMATIC is selected.
If the selector is switched from AUTOMATIC to
MANUAL during a cycle sequence, the start
memory is erased and the shift register chain
stops at the end of the cycle. In this condition,
the working valves can be reversed by press-
ing the MANUAL push button, thus influencing
the final controlling elements.
3. with the functions START, CONTINUOUS
SINGLE CYCLE, STOP, AUTOMATKXMANU-
AL, EMERGENCY OFF, ADJUST.
This variation, expanded to include the EMER-
GENCY OFF push button and the ADJUST
push button, incorporates the most important
signal input functions. When the EMERGENCY
OFF push button is pressed, the start memory
is erased via the OR element. In addition, an
EMERGENCY OFF function is triggered.
Note:
The EMERGENCY OFF functions are to be
adapted to the safety requirements of the con-
trol in each case!
When the AUTO/MAN selector push button is
in the MAN position, the ADJUST push button is
supplied with compressed air. The shift regi-
ster chain can thus be adjusted in manual ope-
