OPERATION

Before the first use
Before using the appliance for the first time, wipe the interior and all internal parts with
lukewarm water and a little neutral detergent. Then dry the parts carefully. Important: Do
not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasive cleaners as they will damage the surfaces.
Setting the thermostat
• Insert the plug into the socket. The
internal temperature can be adjusted
using the thermostat. There are 3
settings: MIN, NORMAL and MAX,
where MAX is the coldest setting...
• Too hot environments or opening
the door too often can cause the
refrigerator to cool down inefficiently!
Daily use
Place different foods in different compartments, as described in the following table:
Storage compartment
Freezer compartment, freezer
shelf or freezer drawer
Freezing food
• The freezer compartment is suitable for freezing fresh food and storing frozen and
deep-frozen food for a longer period of time.
• Freeze fresh food in the bottom compartment.
• The maximum amount of food that can be frozen in 24 hours is indicated on the
type plate.
• The freezing process takes 24 hours. Do not add any more food during this time.
Food type
• Frozen foods and foods suitable for freezing.
• Lower shelf/drawer: meat, poultry, fish.
• Upper shelf/drawer: Ice cream, frozen fruit,
frozen bakery products.
