III. CONFORMITY OF USE
Use the equipment exclusively to grill steaks, bacon, hamburgers, fish, sausages, vegetable and also to fry eggs
and omelettes.
IV. OPERATING MODE
This griddle plate is fitted with a steel cooking plate. The temperature rises very quickly thanks to the heating
elements which ensure also a homogeneous temperature on the whole surface of the plate. The temperature can
be regulated thanks to the thermostat. During preheating, turn the thermostat on the desired position. When the
thermostatic pilot light is switched off, your griddle plate is ready.
Meat is cooked at a temperature around 300°C

a) Installation / Assembly :

Place the equipment on a stable and heat resistant surface.

Never place the appliance near to a wall or a partition made with combustible materials even if it is
covered with a good insulating

A distance of 10 cm from the partition or the wall is considered enough.
