Auto Tuning

Press the STANDBY/ON button to turn the unit on.

Press the FM button to switch to FM mode.
3 Tune in a station using the AUTO SCAN button.
Press the AUTO SCAN button briefly:
Frequency display begins to increase and when a station is
tuned in the tuning process will stop automatically.
Repeat this until the station you want to listen to is found.
Press and hold the AUTO SCAN button for longer than 2
seconds:
Frequency display begins to decrease and when a station is
tuned in the tuning process will stop automatically.
Repeat this until the station you want to listen to is found.
< To stop the auto tuning process turn the TUNING/SELECT
knob.

Listening to the FM Radio

Manual Tuning
When the TUNING/SELECT knob is turned, the frequency
changes by a fixed step.
Turn the TUNING/SELECT knob repeatedly until the station
you want to listen to is found.
FM mode
Pressing the ENTER button in FM mode alternates between
Auto (Stereo) mode and Mono mode.
Auto:
FM stereo broadcasts are received in stereo.
Mono:
To compensate for weak FM stereo reception, select this
mode. Reception will now be forced monaural, reducing
unwanted noise.
