HOW TO USE
Microphone:
Connect a low-impeclance, dynamic microphone to the mic-input jack (13) on the rear side of the mixer; adjust the
desired level with slider volume-control 8 on the front.
Phon/lline:
Connect record players, equiped with a MD element to input ter minals PHONO-1 and PHONO-2 (14 & 16) on the rear
side of the mixer; connect an earth wire to the grounding screw (12). Audio sources on line level (tape, tuner, CD) and
record players with a ceramic element to be connected to input ter minals LINE-1 and LINE-2 (15 & 17).
Use the input switch PHONO/LINE (9) to choose which channel and adjust the v olume level with slider volume control 1 &
2.
Line/CD & line/tape:
Channel 3 and channel 4 are only for audio sources on line level like tape, tuner, CD-player and also for connecting the
audio signal of a camcorder.
Connect the output terminals of the audio equipment with the input ter minals 18 & 19 on the rear side of the PRO-137
and adjust the volume with slider volume control 3 & 4.
Tone-control:
Use bass-control (10) and treble-control (11) to meet your own requirements of the total sound.
Monitoring:
Select the source with pushbuttons (2) and listen to the signal through a lo wimpedance headphone (4-32 g), connected
to headphone jack 4 on the front of the mixer.
Adjust the monitoring level with volume control 4.
Talkover:
This switch attenuates the music level so the microphone dominates.
This function is not an automatic one, switch to position OFF to regain the or iginal music level.
Fader:
Use slide-fader 6 to gain a smooth volume control between channel 1 and channel 2 without re-adjusting the channel
volume-controls.
