Open fuel tap.
Fill fuel tank.
Switch engine on.
Close choke.
Lombardini: Move Engine speed controller to stop,
Re-tension belts.
Replace belts.
Replace as necessary.
Replace dowel pin.
Tighten as necessary.
Replace blade.
