• Upon first use, you should clean and wash the parts that will come in contact with food: see
section "Cleaning and Maintenance".
• Position the appliance:
- away from sources of heat (e.g. other ovens, gas stove, etc.), flammable materials (upholstery,
etc.), explosive material (aerosols); check that there is at least 50 cm of free space around the
unit.
- on a horizontal surface that is stable and heat resistant, on a surface that is not delicate (e.g.
lacquered surfaces, table cloths etc), where it will not be bumped and is sufficiently far from the
edge of the furniture to prevent the appliance from falling.
- away from liquid containers, such as sinks etc. If it should accidentally get wet or soak in liquid,
immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet, dry thoroughly, and check that the electrical
parts are not wet; if in doubt consult a qualified professional.
• The user must not leave the appliance unattended when it is connect to the power supply.
• In case of breakdown or malfunction or if the cord or plug are damaged, turn off the unit and have
it checked by a qualified professional; repairs carried out by unqualified personnel can be
dangerous and invalidate the warranty.
ASSEMBLY
Important: always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, adding ingredients and
cleaning the appliance.
Using the hand blender
The hand blender is an essential tool for the preparation of vegetable soups, potato
purée, creamed baby food made from fruit or vegetables, etc...
For this feature, use: the engine body (B) and the shaft (C).
Place the shaft on the engine body, then turn the engine shaft clockwise until it locks
(you will hear a click upon correct entry) in direction simboly
pressure to ensure that the shaft is securely attached to the engine body. Before
use,ensure that the blade is securely attached and fixed to the shaft.
Using the wire whisk
Warning: before assembling the appliance, make sure it is disconnected from the power point
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any

order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210
mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good
numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B. Don't

integrity.
