Note: unpleasant smell or temporary smoke can occur during initial use.
Note : You do not need to preheat the appliance.
Make sure that Thermostat is on the Min position before plugging the appliance.
Centre your pizza pan or make your pizza directly on the pizza pan.
Open the lid. Place the pizza pan over the centre of the drive shaft.
Close the lid.
Plug the appliance, 0/I light indicator lights on showing the appliance is powered. The appliance
is not heating.
Turn the thermostat to start heating. CHAUF. light indicator lights on and pizza pan starts
rotating.
TO SELECT DESIRED TEMPERATURE:
Thermostat 1 : keep warm
Thermostat 2 : reheating
Thermostat 3 : cooking
When the appliance reaches the desired temperature, CHAUF. light indicator switches off, while
the turnplate keeps rotating.
Since every pizza is different, it is difficult to know how long it will take to cook. It is
recommended to check after about 10-15 minutes and continue cooking until your desired taste.
When cooking is finished, turn the thermostat to the Min position, unplug and lift the lid.
Caution : Risk of burning with the steam.
Use the non-stick coating spatulas to take out the pizza without burning.
Place the pizza onto a heat resistant cutting surface. Never cut the pizza on the pizza pan, this
will damage the pan.

- Unplug and let the appliance cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash the pizza pan in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use scouring pads, abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the housing.
