Before the 1st use, remove all packaging and protections from the appliance.
- Wash pizza pan and the spatulas with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Prepare the non-stick coating surface by applying a thin coat of cooking oil and wiping over
with paper toweling.
- Place the appliance at least 10 cm away from the wall and from each side, in order to allow an
adequate ventilation.
- If using a pre-packaged pizza be sure to remove all pizza packing before cooking, including the
cardboard disc.
