Never fill the kettle beyond the maximum level indication. • Always turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use and before cleaning.

  • Page 8 CLEANING AND DESCALING Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning. • Clean the exterior of the kettle and the power base using a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. • Clean the interior of the kettle with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water.
