Annual servicing / disassembly
At least once a year, the entire unit has to be
serviced. In case of malfunctions or low KH
values, premature servicing may be necessary
(every six months). - Use vinegar water to remove
all furring, and then rinse in clear water.
Note the adjustment values of the reactor in a safe
place !
Close the CO2 cylinder.
Shut down the pump.
Open the Comline cover, and remove the silicone
hose from the outlet of the reactor (1).
Remove the control cock from the Comline
housing (2).
Remove the reactor (3); open the screw cap; tip
over the reactor and shake the granulate into a
container (4).
Remove the pump. Instead open the PVC
sleeve (5) and pull off the pump (6).
Entretien annuel / Démontage
L'installation
nécessite
complète au moins une fois par an. En cas de
disfonctionnements ou de mauvaises valeurs KH,
cette maintenance pourrait intervenir plus tôt (tous
les 6 mois). Toutes les incrustations calciques se
nettoient au vinaigre blanc et se rincent à l'eau
claire.
Veuillez bien noter les réglages actuels du réacteur
à calcaire !
Fermez la bouteille de CO2.
Débranchez la pompe.
Ouvrez le couvercle Comline et détachez le tuyau
silicone en sortie du réacteur (1).
Décrochez le robinet de réglage de l'élément
Comline (2).
Extrayez le réacteur (3), ouvrez le bouchon à vis,
retournez le réacteur et versez le granulat dans un
réceptacle (4).
Détachez la pompe. Pour cela, dévissez le manchon
PVC (5) et retirez simultanément la pompe (6).
